I had one bad realtor, one good one and one outstanding one. Jasmine outshone the other two by a large margin. I was an out-of-town owner and so had to lean on her for the total management of the sale. She did a fantastic job of managing the preparation of the house for sale, the presentation of the house to prospects, advertising and so on. Throughout the whole process, she kept me informed every step of the way. When offers came in, she advised me in detail on the response she thought appropriate. In short, she was fantastic. I would strongly recommend her to anyone with a property to sell. If I ever wind up needing another real estate transaction in her area, I'd use her in a second.
