Mr. Davis explained to me everything that was needed in the process and how the process was going to take place. His estimates were on target and accurate. He also provided my with the needed forms to apply for the 1st Time Homebuyers Program Stimulus for $8k. He sold me a duplex in 2006 and then sold the same duplex for me in 2007 at enough of a profit where I was able to purchase yet another property again w/Mr. Davis.
