She was horrible. She was lazy, getting her to communicate was like pulling teeth, and she was highly unprofessional and unethical. She actually lied to an agent who had a buyer with an offer, telling them she already had a contract in place with our home. This was so untrue. We had actually denied the contingency offer Cheryl was trying to talk us into taking. Her motive to this lie was to make the full 6% commission because her buyers did not have an agent. We fired her immediately. Do Not Even think about using her if you are trying to sell.
