I tried to sell my home last year with another agent but things did not go well. I hardly had anyone come through to look at my home. After that I didn't trust agents and tried to sell myself. Then I met Joe. He explained the entire process to me in terms that I could understand. He then showed me his marketing plan & I was sold. His marketing plan was the best that I have ever seen from any agent & I interviewed many of them. Within the 1st week we had 30 people view my home & received several offers. That is when his negotiating skill took over. He is a master negotiator like I have never seen in any business, & I was a salesman for over 20 years.
