Prior to learning about Team Kooz, we tried 3 other Realtors, all of whom were unsuccessful and one of whom (who likes to put his face up on bill boards) was arrogant and actually misrepresented what he was willing to do to sell our house. I mean, can you imagine a realtor who says he doesn’t work weekends? The closing settlement paperwork was delayed by a few days due to a lack of paperwork from the seller. Ellen directly contacted my mortgage broker and was absolutely rude and unprofessional dealing with them. She berated them via email and phone. She even went so far as to courtesy copy my broker on an email to my realtor (another member of Team Kooz) recommending that I choose a different broker (one she knows). I spoke with the seller of the house after the closing and she was receiving irrate and frantic phone calls as well.
