Her husband, Tony was the builder, and the experience left me exhausted and with a house in need of repairs. I paid for certain upgrades, like a jet-tub, which broke within a year and a half. When I called Jane to get the plummer's number to see if they'd fix it, she quickly reminded me that "the house is no longer under warranty". Today, 6/8/07, my hot water heater went out. It was installed under my house in the crawlspace in a hole for some reason, and now the hole has filled up with ground water from all the rain we've had. I won't bother calling the Tecca's because in my experience, they're more concerned about making a buck than delivering a quality product and standing behind it.
