I work on the Pt.Mugu base and was introduced to Steve by a coworker of mine. He drove out to the base for initial meeting. Normally Realtors have the client come to them - but Steve was friendly emough to meet on the base. From there on - he was 1st class and held my hand through the entire transaction.
