My mother was looking to buy a house and although my mom already had an agent we had some questions he couldn't answer. We ended up using our original agent for the transaction, but Libby was very willing to share her knowledge and help out in any way. I can see she treats her clients with respect. She's much more than just a listing agent. She is a great resource and was able to give me many reputable referalls for painters, plumbers, builders and everything else I needed (I found her website www.rbhaley.com useful for anything real estate). I'd like to be her client on my future transactions. In talking with her, she shared her real estate investment opportunities - something I'd never thought about but would like to get into. I'd always thought of real estate agents as pushy and selfish but Libby showed me otherwise.
