WOW, talk about detail oriented. AJ leaves no stone unturned and can usually, without the aid of a calculator or a computer, tell you: the price per square foot to do repairs / improvements, neighborhood comps, the quality of the neighborhood in relation to schools, shopping, etc… In addition he would always point to red flags we would often overlook like flight paths, drug rehab clinics and crime. Because AJ has bought and sold in so many parts of San Diego, he has intimate knowledge of the pros and cons that novice realtors would not be aware of.
