When we decided to sell our home to upgrade to a larger one, we were nervous at first, but she made us feel at ease, and worked with us in not only getting the home prepped for sale, but knows exactly what the market is, got us multiple bids, and ultimately got our house sold for above listing price! At the same time, she carefully searched the market and found us the perfect new home for us. Since we had to transfer the proceeds of our home sale to the purchase of the new one, she also worked with the Title Company to made sure there wouldn’t be much down time between the closing of our old and new homes!
