This agent is one of the smarmiest, most crooked realtors I've ever run across. He purposely lied to my wife and I about a house we were considering buying through him. He said it had been on the market 1 week and they'd already had 2 offers. Turns out (we found out through the neighbors) he had had it on the market a year and no offers! He was lying to us to drive up our bid when he was supposed to be representing our best interests. What a liar and a cheat! He gives realtors a bad name! When we confronted him, he turned into a loud-mouthed, obnoxious jerk! He said we had a buyer's agreement with him and we HAD to use him to buy this house. Well, we finally threatened to report him to the board (and we're still considering doing that) but we were able to buy a house with another realtor -- one who was actually honest.
