Dave is a wonderful man and a great real estate agent. He's the sort of man anyone would want for a friend; the fact that he's "only" your real estate agent never keeps him from treating you as though you were a long-time friend. He is honest, trustworthy and completely real. Dave always apologizes for calling and "doesn't want to be a pest" but his calls always left me feeling good about him (and glad I had chosen him to work with) and our relationship never varied -- even when things got tense at what I came to call "offer time". He truly is the ideal real estate agent, to be honest. He exceeded my expectations in every way. I've dealt with quite a few real estate agents, many of whom had gotten state-wide honors, but working with David was the best experience of its kind I've ever had - bar none. From now on, every agent I ever deal with will have to measure up to Dave Shambeau. Too bad for them, because he will be a terrifically hard act to follow.
