- A client had been looking for two years before we connected. We had looked at a couple of houses before she headed out of town on vacation. While she was away, I showed a home to another client. The moment I walked in I knew this was the house for her. I immediately called her cell phone and left a message. The day after her return, we toured the house. The next day we wrote an offer. The next day she bought a house.
