Steve Coon sell a previous house with Linda J Powers and would not recommend them to other home sellers.
We listed our property with Linda for six months with NO results. We received much talk but no action. She was more interested in selling her other listings than ours at our Open Houses. She is a great talker but not a good real estate agent. We do not recommend her as a buyers or sellers agent. As of May 2009 she has since changed real estate companies again due to conflicts of interest.
