Anonymous buy a previous house with Sandra D Flease and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
I cannot believe the poor business practices coming out of this agency. Sandy pretends to be interested in your needs as a buyer, only to interrupt you several times with her constant texting and calling. Worse yet, the errors in the paperwork and loopholes that were created (by her and her employee) in the contract cost me thousands of dollars, and I have not received even a sincere apology for the several (documented) errors coming out of her office. When I presented a concern about a problem her reply was: "Good luck with that." Unacceptable. Avoid her office--especially if you are a first time buyer.
