I am able to assist both buyers and sellers with my knowledge and skills. This helps the customer to decrease the learning curve and feel good about their decision.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
The most chanllenging issue is understanding that the market is in control and make adjustments as the market changes in a timely manner.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
Recently I had a transaction that involved the sale of a property for the estate. To limit any suprises we ordered a property inspection to identify anything that was wrong with the propery. This report identify the defects with the property , one of the items was that the electric only had a 60 amp service. We recieved an offer and made sure the buyer received the report before the offer was written. However, the buyer wanted the seller to do more work and we said no and at that time told that the electic only had a 60 amp service and that they needed to make sure there lender was aware of that. Then later they had the lender calling me indicating that the electic had to be addressed by the seller and I said no and provided them with another loan officer who could provide the loan with them doing the work after the closing. The transaction closed and my seller got exactly what they wanted.

I talk to people straight and follow through with what I say I will do. Talk the talk and walk the walk.
Who or what inspires you the most?
Do the right thing and producing the results my customers want and deserve.
What is the best advice you ever received?
Do what you say you will do.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I have traveled all over the united states and like Wisconsin the best!
