Transactions have ranged from $1M to over 2M. I can honestly say that when it comes to Lake Geneva lakefront and lake access real estate that no one in the real estate business knows more than Bob Webster. He is experienced, knowledgeable, thorough, professional, personable and honest. Recently Bob represented me in the sale of a lakefront property and was able to find a cash buyer for the property that sold for $2.15M - not an easy task in this market. He is currently brokering for me a vacant lakefront lot as well as a new construction lakefront home on Lake Geneva. Without hesitation I would (and have) recommend Bob to friends, family or business associates to represent them when buying or selling real estate.
