Lake Geneva Lakefront Sale

I have bought and sold properties in the Lake Geneva market for over 10 years. Bob Webster has assisted me with the sale and acquisition of multiple lakefront properties. Transactions have ranged from $1M to over 2M. I can honestly say that when it comes to Lake Geneva lakefront and lake access real estate that no one in the real estate business knows more than Bob Webster. He is experienced, knowledgeable, thorough, professional, personable and honest. Recently Bob represented me in the sale of a lakefront property and was able to find a cash buyer for the property that sold for $2.15M - not an easy task in this market. What is the average home price in your market?: Lake Geneva has a very wide variation of prices, the average is $414,200.
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?: Real estate can be very challenging but also very rewarding. After over 30 years in the business I still enjoy the thrill of taking a new listing and getting accepted offers. It's all about helping people get what they want.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?: Keeping up with technology is a challenge I try to keep up with everyday. Keeping a positive attitude and believing that something good is going to come about as a result of just plain old hard work.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.: Every real estate transaction today is filled with potential issues and problems that can cause the transaction to fall apart. I take pride in having the vision and foresight to anticipate the problems and solve them before the Buyer or Seller has to deal with it.
What is your best characteristic?: Honesty
Who or what inspires you the most?: I try to make every Buyer and every Seller that I deal with feel like they are the only customer or client that I have.
What is the best advice you ever received?: Successful people are willing to do what unsuccessful will not.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?: I'm actually very happy and comfortable living here in the Lake Geneva area in Wisconsin.
