Not trust worthy

I'm a first time buyer and pregnant. Me and my husband found a house where Gladys was the selling realtor. Everything went wonderful until the inspection. The inspector found many negative/ unsafe things with the house. Now my husband and I are pretty understanding people and would have probably worked with the poeple. But, In return Gladys put the blame on us. "How could they go and hire this inspector and have him write all this stuff." First of all the contract was in contingent to a VA loan. And do you honestly think a person would pay someone $250 if they thought the house wasn't going to pass inspection? Now after all the negative stuff she has said about my husband and I, she seems to be doing alot of back pedaling and wants to work with us. I honestly feel pitty on the sellers. If she was the listing agent on my husband and I dream house, I still wouldnt give her the satisfaction of making a dime off of us. We would take our buisness else where.
