Do not buy houses listed with this woman!
I'm not sure how she is as a seller but judging by the fact that she had an incredible house at an incredible price on the market for over 220 days, probably not so great. We liked the house and bought it, but were constantly dealing with run-arounds, lame excuses and even a substantial material breach of the contract she just let the sellers make. If you see her name attached to a listing, just go ring on the doorbell and talk with the sellers yourself. It will be easier.
