"Diana helped us sell our condo a few years ago. She was very helpful, taking beautiful pictures, posting them on their website, holding open houses. I found her to be very warm, caring and yet professional. She is a very honest businessperson. She has since helped us look for another property, being available at our convenience. I recommend her all the time to my friends."

Kenosha County is one of the fastest growing counties in the State of Wisconsin and is one of the best places in the US to live and raise a family. There are approximately 160,000 residents and is comprised of one city, seven towns and four villages. We are known as the "Gateway City". The beauty of Lake Michigan and the commercial possibilities offering a natural harbor brought migrating families westward to build homes here in 1835. Kenosha offers many exciting kid-friendly activities including Jelly Belly, Congo River, IcePlex, RecPlex and many festivals and fairs. Newly opened is our Dinosaur Discovery Museum and most recent, the Civil War Museum. Anchoring Kenosha's eastern border is Lake Michigan, along which sits the lakeshore neighborhoods and the Kenosha Museum, an authentic electric streetcar system, the Kenosha History Center and two historic lighthouses. On Saturdays from May thru October, Harbor MarketPlace of Kenosha offers a European style open air market that brings produce, flowers, arts and crafts, music and more together for a one-of-a-kind experience. Lake Michigan also offers the best fishing. All year round, you'll find special events and seasonal programs such as candlelight hikes, bird watching clinics, fishing workshops and nature-inspired art shows.
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
There is no greater joy than knowing you have made a positive impact and difference in someone's life. As a Realtor, I am given the opportunity to help people make some of the most important decisions of their life. Whether I am on the Buying or Selling side of this business, it is the challenge of an ever-changing market and working with a wide variety of personalities and "life" situations that keeps my job full of new surprises and an ever increasing need to grow with the changes. There is never a dull moment.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Remembering to put myself in the shoes of my client so that I help them make the best decision for their situation, their family, and their future. Trust, Integrity, and Professionalism is a must, and my goal is to be my client's Realtor For Life ... not just a one time deal.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
I was contacted by a Seller who was also interviewing a number of other agents. They were looking for an agent they felt could get the job done in the least amount of time and for the best price. They chose me to sell their house and thought I was possibly pricing their home too high. They were in a very tight situation, needed the house sold fast, and told me that if I got their house sold within the month they would take my whole office (along with spouses) out to eat. Well, not only did I get the house sold in 2 weeks, I got them a full price offer and they "saved" thousands of dollars compared to what they would have had to pay the other agents they interviewed! Well they kept their side of the bargain and took all of us out for a very nice dinner at one of the finer restaurants in Kenosha!
What is your best characteristic?
Always finding the positive in even the most negative situation. Helping others see the light at the end of the tunnel. I'm an encourager and a very hard worker.
Who or what inspires you the most?
My faith. Without it, I could not be in this profession. I may not know what today holds for me, but I know who holds my future.
What is the best advice you ever received?
To treat every person in my life as if they were my own brother or sister. To live by the Golden Rule.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Although I love living in Wisconsin, I would like to retire wherever my children and grandchildren are. Faith and Family -- when you are old and grey -- that's all that's important.
