Here is the thing... I really liked the Landlord James Goodletson as a person, i really loved the apartment, its was HUDGE!, very quiet and peaceful, and a wonderful place for your children. HOWEVER, the on site manager jerry is horrible!!!!! and the thing is, James the landlord wont do anything about it because jerry is the owners father. Jerry is the nosiest manager i have ever meet. the minute you pull up, there he is, peaking out his window staring at you with this evil look. He does not keep up with salting the drive way... my 2 year old son fell and had a swollen knee for a week. Also there is 24 apartments and only 2 visitor parking spots, the snow removal sucks, they blow you in and he will just tell you " its not my problem, buy a shovel and get your way out", My mother was visiting for for less than a week for the holidays, and he put a bogus note on her car stating that he will have it towed in 24 hours if she did not move it.... pls see next review for the rest of my story.
