In 2005 Debbie Salmon sold the home of Cecil M. Johnson, my wife's father. Very professional and pleasant dealings in every way. In 2010 we sold our home and again contacted Debbie Salmon to take charge of the sale. She is personable, pleasant, very efficient and we were pleased with all she did in handling the sale of our home. Our daughter and son-in-law took our recommendation and contacted Debbie for the purchase of the home we are now living in with them. We just cannot say enough good about Debbie Salmon and have recommended her to others who were contemplating a home sale. She attends to all details and has great "people skills."

Don't even THINK about giving this asshole your business! She is utterly incompetent and treats her clients like total scum. I am appalled that people like Ms. Hodges exist in this business, she is not worthy of the office she occupies.

We contacted janet 2 years ago when we wanted to purchase a home for our growing family. Janet researched and found several homes within our criteria. She did not push us to buy anything over our price limit. Janet negotiated a great deal with the bank, and we purchased a 3 bedroom condo for less than we had thought was possible. Janet knows her way around town, too. After we found our condo, she drove us to a few neighborhood parks so that we would know where to take our kids to play. She was truly a pleasure to work with. With Janet you receive knowlege, reliability, and a sense of humor all rolled into one! I would strongly suggest Janet Bleth to any of my friends and family.

I advise you not to work with Suzanne Hodges. She has a complete lack of professionalism and behaves as if she does not need the business. I do not understand why someone so rude and unfriendly would be in a customer service related field. It is truly baffling. There are far better agents to work with in the Vancouver/Portland area. In fact, I don't see how you could find someone WORSE than Suzanne Hodges!
