Patience did many things for us, all of which were assertive, quick, appropriate and effective. Never at any point did she show any uncertainty. She was always considerate and positive when talking to us about the very frustrating events that were taking place. We appreciate all the virtues, but the one thing we appreciated most was that she was honest with us. We trusted what she told us to be true and right, and took her advise. I will recommend her highly to anyone who is in the market to buy a home.

This "Realtor" has no idea what she is doing... am surprised she is still allowed to be in business... Do yourself a favor and dont trust this lying crook! She works for the banks!

Zach was awesome. He gives you all the info and helps you to make educated decisions. He always treated us with respect and was very professional; and also made the process fun. He knows his job well and will help you get where you want to be. Without Zach I think we would have ended up settling for a house we didn't really like, but almost a year later I am still very happy with the purchase we made.

I used jason for the purchase of my condo. I found the paperwork for the transaction to be incomplete, records were not correct, and I did 99% of the leg work for what should have been a smooth transaction. Years later I'm still receiving request from third parties for signatures or missing information resulting from the transaction.
