I don't know what this other guy is talking about... Jason has always done an outstanding job for us! He is a great negotiator, he knows a lot of people, and seriously knows his stuff regarding any type of real estate transaction. I definitely recommend him to anyone... in fact, I do regularly!

I used jason for the purchase of my condo. I found the paperwork for the transaction to be incomplete, records were not correct, and I did 99% of the leg work for what should have been a smooth transaction. Years later I'm still receiving request from third parties for signatures or missing information resulting from the transaction.
