Great realtors are hard to find and Nick is definitely one of them. I was in charge of my grandmother's estate and needed to sell her house and Nick really stepped up to the plate for me. He did several market analyses for me and took the time to sit down and explain every detail and answer every one of my questions. I asked him to list it for a little more than what he suggested and he did it without hesitation but in the end it sold for what he thought it would sell for. Nick was extremely patient with me and I would highly recommend him if you are looking to buy or sell your home.
