I have lived in Spokane since grade school, having moved here from Yakima, and my knowledge of this diverse area will benefit you as you purchase or sell your home. Having moved into real estate after a career in restaurant management, Kyra and I enjoy trying new restaurants as they open in Spokane. Over the last several years I have also enjoyed playing acoustic guitar on the worship team at Eastpoint Church. Great realtors are hard to find and Nick is definitely one of them. I was in charge of my grandmother's estate and needed to sell her house and Nick really stepped up to the plate for me. He did several market analyses for me and took the time to sit down and explain every detail and answer every one of my questions. I asked him to list it for a little more than what he suggested and he did it without hesitation but in the end it sold for what he thought it would sell for. Nick was extremely patient with me and I would highly recommend him if you are looking to buy or sell your home.
