I have to say that Randy Wells is one of the most professional, hard working, Knowledgeable realtor that I have ever met. I was introduced to Randy by a Co-worker that used him on two different occasions and had nothing but excellent reviews. I am not the type of person to sit down and write a comment but for the service that my wife and I have experienced through Randy it is the least that I can do. During our time house hunting my wife and I had so much fun "BECOMING EXPERTS IN OUR PRICE RANGE" looking at new, old ,small and large houses finally buying that house that was perfect for us. During our search I found a house online that I wanted to see and my wife and I fell in love instantly to the point we wanted to make a offer. Randy saved us by pointing out certain flaws with the house that could have turned into a money pit possibly saving us a large amount of money. I have already recommend Randy to a friend and will continue to give referrals as long as he is selling or buying.
