Annie Bryce buy a previous house with Brad Huggler and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
We used Mr. Huggler to sell our old house and buy a new one. He was not at all effective - he didn't follow up with us in a timely manner, it was like pulling teeth to get him to return phone calls and when he did he always had some excuse why he couldn't get back to us, and he didn't put forth a whole lot of effort to earn the commission he made off both houses. We would not recommend him to anyone. With the number of realtors out there, we would put him at or near the bottom of the heap.
