- Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
- I am a "people person", so I enjoy interacting with buyers and sellers and all the other professionals involved in a transaction. It can be a very involved undertaking, and some of my best friends started out as clients.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- Handling the highly emotional issues that can arise, and helping buyers and sellers maintain perspective and make solid decisions with long term benefits.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- Too many to list here, but one good story is my first sale ever; a 19 year old girl walked into the office wearing ripped up jeans and was looking for a house to rent. I mentioned that it was late in the season and most of the good ones had been taken by the incoming college students (she was one), but had she ever considered buying a house? As it turns out she had, and her folks assisted her in making a cash purchase 2 days later. The house she bought already had an offer in from an out of town buyer, who was momentarily unavailable, and we were able to secure the property. The next day the phone rang; it was a buyer heading into town who had lost a house she was trying to buy, and so was looking for a house and a new Realtor. I sold her a place, and a few years later sold both of the houses when the students left town. I am still friends with both of them to this day.

- I own up to my mistakes and try to correct them.

- Good relationships.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- "There will always be another house to buy". Mom.
