Linda, This is a long overdue testimonial for the incredible job you and Kevin did representing us in the sale of our housebarge located on Lake Union. I absolutely loved working with Linda Bagley and Special Agents Realty. During my transition moving from Seattle Wa, to Dallas TX, she treated me and my family with white gloves. Every thing we needed, including our home, mortgage, daycare and school system was laid out by Linda. She put so much time and energy into our relocation process, I continue to refer my friends and family with her. Additionally, we didn't have much time, so we left our home in West Seattle in Linda's care. She had our home cleaned and state and sold it for a $150,000 profit in less than 30 days! The relocation was stressful... The only thing that kept our family together is Linda and the Special Agents Realty team. You might think I am prejudiced cuz I am Linda's husband, but I know her better than anyone. She is an amazing agent. I see her live real estate every day. Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?: I love the people I meet and am very good at identifying clients needs and wants. Negotiating and getting the right price. I love design, decor and the life long friends I make along the way.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?: There are a variety of challenges with being a real esteat professional, however this is with all professions. I look forward to the challenges and consider them all learning experiences.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.: I came from the corporate management world, before becoming an agent. The company I spent most of my career at closed and that was the end of my position after many years. I went back to school for 2 years while I considered what I wanted to do. Once I decided to become an agent, announced to my ex-colleagues, friends and family I could not get my license fast enough. I had 7 buyers buyers the day I was licensed and it only got better from there. As the number one agent in my office for two years, I got my brokers license on my two year renewal as a broker. I have been a full time independent owner/broker of Special Agents Realty since 2005. I sincerely tank all my friends and family for the trust they had in me and continue to have. Several of whom are on their second homes.
What is your best characteristic?: I am very organized, a very hard worker, I listen, I am intuitive, love learning and am a very good sales person. I am an excellent marketer, decorator and love people.
Who or what inspires you the most?: My partner, best friend and husband or 36 years. My daughter and grandson are the light of my life.
What is the best advice you ever received?: I need to sell real estate. Long before I became licensed, my closest friends and family have always said I was missing my calling, that I should be an agent. I love what I do!
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?: I love Seattle, but would certainly consider a warm beach belize in the winter months.
