Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
Knowing that in some way, I am helping people make important decisions and transitions in their lives, whether it's their first home, downsizing, upgrading to a bigger home, or investment property.

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
The challenge I face is the same one every Agent faces - That is to help my buyer and seller clients through an often difficult time of transition. Real estate is ever evolving - I would say that every transaction is interesting and challenging to me or I would not be an Agent anymore. I enjoy my career and the people I meet. My business model is based on doing business by referral (95% of my business is through past customer/client referrals.) My clients share their experience with their friends and family, and their friends and family come to me with the same expectations and satisfaction that they later share with their own network of friends and family... and the cycle repeats.

Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
Finding and researching homes for a newly-wed couple who relocated to Washington for the first time. After showing them many many homes up and down the county, I helped them find that perfect home and fell in love with it! It's like romance all over again. They recently had a baby and still love the house I sold them!

What is your best characteristic?
One of my best characteristics is my patience. And the fact that I am also very caring, organized and detail-oriented.

Who or what inspires you the most?
My faith and my family.

What is the best advice you ever received?
Treat others as you would want to be treated!

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Washington State. I basically grew up and went to school here. It's also here where I met and wed my wonderful husband, where we started our family, and established my career as a Real Estate Agent.
