Maris Galins buy a previous house with Julie Polkinghorn and would recommend them to other home buyers.
With Julie's help I purchased a town home last January. January 2008. Since the close of the sale (not to mention the before and the during) Julie has been outstanding! Julie has continued to be there for us as questions developed throughout this first year of ownership. She has remained a source of contact for us, and she has gone back to the builder a more than once (as our advocate) to ensure our continued satisfaction with this purchase. Thank you Julie.
