Jonathan worked very hard for us in our search for the perfect house. We were all over the map with regards to neighborhoods and schools. He showed us only houses that would work for us and didn't wast our time at all. Once we finally nailed down what neighborhood we wanted he got us our dream home in one week. We will work with him again and have already passed his name on to our Sister and two friends who are getting in the market.

I just closed my 4th deal with Jonathan and he was amazing as usual. He always puts my needs first and will never need another agent as long as he is around!

I would not recommend this agent. I am currently in the market again, and using a different agent because my first experience with Jonathan was not satisfactory. I was a first time home buyer, and ended up overpaying by about 10%. I do not feel that Jonathan had my best interests in mind, instead it seemed that his commissions were the only thing that were important.

I listed my home with Darcy and she handle the transaction from start to finish with the utmost level of professioanlism from the preparation of the home, professional photos, open houses, advertising and working with the buyers, negotiating the contracts to the end. She made selling my home and joy. Everything was handled with kid gloves.
