I am sure there is more to the Logan story than meets the eye. I have known Susan for many years and have referred her to many friends. She has always worked with the highest degree of integrity. she lives behind a customer comes first philosophy even when this costs her a sale or money. she doesn't compromise her integrity by pushing her clients into something that isn't right for them. I never appreciated the amount of effort or work that went into the real estate profession until I worked with Susan. She went above and beyond and watched my back the whole way. The experience and knowledge she brings to the table is hard to find.

David and Karen have been agents for a long time. They were knowledgeable about the Seattle area but I never felt that they had my best interest at heart. Karen does most of the work and then David steps in to "close" the deal. We spent most of our efforts negotiating against our own buyers agent. Every time we asked them to do something for us or ask the seller's agent for something, David would give us every reason why this was a bad idea from: "I've never heard of that" to "that will insult them". His style is very brash and aggressive. This can be good at times but not when it's against you, and not the sellers agent. I've worked with other agents who will listen to what we wanted and tried everything we asked which saved me hundreds of thousands of dollars. There are better agents out there.

The Susan we sold with is not the same Susan we bought with. Sure we sold our home with Susan, sure she helped, but the "good experience" we had when buying with her in 2001 was NOT the same in selling in 2006. My main beef is a promise (verbal and in email) to follow thru from her end if we used her agent referal in our new location she would share her agent referral $$ with us... Not a dime ever came, nor returned phone call or email. Shame on you Susan, our agent here kicked ****... but you left us hangin'. My parents will be selling in the Seattle area soon and WON'T be using you!
