- It is truly a privilege to be able to help people get the value out of their homes when they sell, and to represent buyers and negotiate a win-win deal when they are purchasing a home.

- As with many agents, my number one challenge is finding enough hours in the day to do every thing that I want to do to conduct my business with the high customer service standards that I have set for myself.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- On my first-ever listing, I structured the pricing to generate a lot of interest in the house, resulting in my clients receiving multiple offers for their property and selling it at the high end of their price range within 10 days.
- What is your best characteristic?
- I enjoy the problem solving aspect of the business, and the ability to create deals that everyone will be happy with. Also, I believe that my prior background in high-tech sales & marketing gives me an edge in obtaining the maximum exposure for the Seller's property.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- What inspires me is the feeling of satisfaction in a job well-done.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- You have to have the integrity and the bravery to walk away from a deal if it is not in the best interests of your client.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- I have had the privilege of living in other areas in the US and of traveling to many beautiful cities overseas. I choose to live right here, in the Seattle metro area. It is a vibrant community with a lot of intellectual capital and cultural activities, as well as having one of the most spectacular settings of any city in the world.
