I have had the displeasure of working with this gentleman and was shocked at how unorganized, unprofessional and disinterested he is towards real estate. I find that all his reviews are filled with lies and that his mission statement does not reflect his true colors. If you want to work with someone so unethical, who enjoys lying and enjoys making it as stressful as possible he is your man.

Dariush Shafagh sold me an investment duplex and offered to manage it for the first year. When that year was up he refused to turn over the tenants last months' rent and deposits and I found out that what he sold me was not a duplex, it was a single-family unit and he lied about it. The city shut my duplex down. Then I find out that for a year he has been collecting the utility bills from my tenants but not paying the utilities!!! This is a person who stood at my wedding and toasted trust and friendship...do you really want him doing business with YOU?

I used Dariush's property management company to manage my condo as a rental property. Not only did he refuse to communicate with me, but he also kept my tenant's last months rent and security deposit. I had to cancel my contract with him within a month and six months and several broken promises later, still no money.

Jon found me the perfect condo on Queen Anne that was affordable, clean, containing a washer/dryer, modern and with a large balcony. Jon made the process easy, as close to fun as possible and generally stress free. Jon accommodated my many requests
