Comments: "I've worked with Courtney on the sale of my home and purchase of another. I've never had an agent put to much effort into helping me. Courtney came to my house, gave me inexpensive tips for simple improvements (which made the place look great). She was able to get so many potential buyers in my place I was amazed! My last agent was not able to get a fraction of the exposure she provided. I was able to sell my home for several thousand dollars more than expected. As for a purchasing agent, Courtney really grilled us on what we wanted and where we wanted to live. She showed us a wide variety of homes within our price range and physical location we desired. Ultimately we found the home of our dreams. We had difficulty with our lender at closing and Courtney went far beyond her rold and our expectations to make our dream a reality.
