It depends on the micro market you ar einterested in and also when you ask.

Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
The interest rates in are so low right now - hovering around 5% for a 30 year fixed and expected to inch down even further! This combined with the fact that Seattle has weathered the housing cool down better than many areas makes this a great place to buy or sell real estate.

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I love helping people accomplish what they want to do - whether it is a dream of owning a home or just plain investment real estate. I strive to make it a happy and smooth experience for all involved!

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
The perception of a real estate agent or loan officer is not high and making sure that clients know that I am not a "sales" person, but rather a facilitator for them.

Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
Real estate is ever evolving - I would say that every transaction is interesting to me or I would not want to come to work. I love the people and I love the numbers.

What is your best characteristic?
I am a peopel person and I am a negotiator. I want you to get the best investment, but also insist that customer service wise you are thrilled.

My family:)

What is the best advice you ever received?
Some will some won't and I can't take it personally.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Malibu. LOL Realistically, Seattle of course.
