I was referred to Jayson from a mutual friend quite some time ago, and eventually became friends with him myself. I was in a hurry to buy a 1br condo, at first. Ultimately I bought a condo about a year after I met Jayson. He is very patient. No pressure to buy what so ever. I was updated often, and educated often as well. Jayson found the perfect condo, in a neighborhood I wasn't even interested in! He picked me up, we toured, then on our way to his office to right an offer. I owned the condo just under a month later. My name is Lorraine and I'm actually the Seller of the mentioned rental property. These allegations are totally false. The quadriplegic man is actually a friend of the family and Paul's and is still residing at this property. "Bob" was not on the lease and living on the premises illegally. Paul has done a fantastic job representing our family in several transactions of previously sold properties, which have resulted in smooth and successful closings with HIGH Net proceeds! In addition, Paul went above and beyond for these tenants and had a kind and warm relationship with every one of them. I highly recommend Paul Cantu and the Cantu Group’s services and will continue to use him for all future real estate business.

Paul Cantu actually threatened to kick a quadrapalegic man out of his apartment to better the sale of a rental property. He definitely looks out for #1 (himself!)...I will make sure everybody knows NEVER to do business with Paul Cantu!
