- Was asked to take over a friends home sale, from another realtor they met at church. It was a Short Sale, and the Sellers were prepared to take a not for the difference in the Actual Sales amount and their Loan Amount. I introduced them to the latest government program (HAFA). They signed up. Went throught the process and wound up selling their home, wiping out their $155,000 discrepency, and recieved $3,000 for moving expenses. They were exstatic, and able to move back home to Ogden Utah, debt free.
