Awesome experience w/ Michele

Michele has helped a lot in getting my house sold (pending right now) in the difficult times we've had in last year or so (2010/2011). She did a great job in developing marketing (collateral, listing info, etc) for the house. During process, really appreciated how she constantly kept us abreast on market situation (inventory, sold, new, etc.) and how we stood, and always thinking what else can be done to get some "bites" so to speak. You can also count on her for good advice, providing you with solid, practical opinion on options/decisions you may face....whether to reduce price, how to negotiate, etc. Will definitely call her on my next real estate deal!

Professional Throughout

Michele helped me and my wife sell our condo n one community and purchase a house in another community. I was very impressed with her selling and buying representation. She knows how to stage and market a property (and has contacts to help with painting etc.). And she knows how to negotiate to get the deal done. Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?: I truly enjoy every aspect of my business - starting with the introduction to prospective clients, educating those clients on the process of buying or selling a home and working with those clients to find their perfect home. Every transaction is different, interesting and challenging and I thoroughly enjoy being able to hand over the keys to the pround new owners. It is a very rewarding job!
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?: The most challenging issue that I face is simply navigating the complexities of each transaction. While one might think it is "easy", I find challenges or hiccups that happen with every deal - either on the lending side, or inspections, buyer concerns, or seller concerns.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.: Each sale is a success both for my clients and for myself. I do, however, especially love working with first time home buyers and the excitement that comes with buying their first home.
What is your best characteristic?: I am an very effective communicator, negotiator and client advocate. I am honest, focused and extremely efficient.
Who or what inspires you the most?: My children definitely inspire me to be a better person and a better parent every day & I hope that translates into my real estate profession. I try to hold myself to the highest professional and ethical standards and feel rewarded by a job well done.
What is the best advice you ever received?: Never Settle.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?: Right here in Seattle! I love the Pacific Northwest!
