I would like to provide more details to clarify my first review. The transaction was a bank owned property. The delay in response time was attributed to the bank's response time.   My own agent provided daily communication to me.  When I was told "still waiting for response from seller", "Still waiting for the key" etc. , I felt the listing agent was non-responsive.  About the lost key, it was unfortunate that my agent was not given all the keys at closing.  This led to more unanticipated anguish when the key was sent via USPS regular mail & was destroyed by the machine at the Post office,  which caused another week+ of delay.  At first we were told the key can be reordered by the listing office.  Then were told I needed to go to the Post Office to get my key changed personally.  Again, there's another perception of things not getting done properly. Hope this explanation helps. Overall, Cara fulfilled her duty as a listing agent in this transaction & we  closed successfully

I just bought a house from Cara Currey and I have to say, she is the worst listing agent I have ever worked with. She was unresponsive (via email and phone) throughout the entire buying process. She lost our key and then refused to take responsibility for her mistake. If it wasn't for the fact that the house was the perfect house for me, I would not waste another minute with her. Story short - Cara Currey's customer service is nothing like what is described on her page of the Windermere website ((http://www.windermere.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=agentOffice.agentDetail&agentMetauser_ID=16215) - her customer service philosophy is the opposite of Nordstrom. .
