I am unfortunate enough to be required to do business with this man in the field of real estate. I can't say much because he has some effect on my livelihood, but I can tell you hell would freeze over before I would voluntarily choose to do business with this man.

I called Terry about a condominium for sale in Lake Forest Park. He said the condo has been sold. I didn't tell him the address and the condo was still listed as active. I said are you sure? Terry said I only have one condo in Lake forest Park. I wanted to make sure we were talking about the same one so I said what the address is. Terry was annoyed with my question. He was short, rude, and not friendly on the phone. Apparently a contract just got sign for the condo. Terry didn't even ask if I wanted to see another condo in the neighborhood. He was very unfriendly.

Non responsive. Does not follow up, deliver on returning calls with information, and does not even know his properties, how much they are listed for (!) Maybe he has too many, but it did not look like it to me... Seemed curt and short - I was ready to buy, missed an opportunity during a very slow real estate market.

Sam Sold my house and helped me buy a house and he was wonderfully. He walked us through the paperwork line by line, and made it easy to understand it. I have and will recommend him to anyone.

As a home inspector, I have probably worked with Sam on more homes than most other agents I see. One thing that strikes me about him is his concern for the well being of his client. He wants to make sure that his client is protected in a transaction even if it means losing a deal on a given house. I could easily recommend him as an agent.

As a home inspector I work with several different agents. Sandy is one I can easily recommend for others who are looking to buy a house. She is honest and genuine and pleasure to work with.

She was honest and told me what she reccomend I do to get my home sold. Mary sold my personal residence in Issaquah/Sammamish and also a rental property I had in Tacoma; even though Tacoma was out of her service area, Mary was willing to sell it for me at my request; instead of reffering it to another agent. Mary sold both of my properties very quickly, my Issaquah home took 3 weeks and my Tacoma rental about 28 days. I highly reccomend her she is a great agent.
