Ann Stephenson sell a previous house with Tracy L Landreth and would recommend them to other home sellers.
Tracy helped us sell our home several years ago. The buyer wanted the moon (including my great-grandmothers mirror)and she worked hard to get the deal to come together even though we were ready to walk away several times. The buyer's agent wasn't as knowledgable and Tracy had to correct and make adjustments to paperwork several times. I felt very comfortable with Tracy. She made a very stressful situation a lot easier to handle. She's courteous and proffesional. I couldn't recommend her enough.
