Above & Beyond We moved back to Washington 2 years ago after being out the area for 9 years. We'd moved 8 times and worked with many Realtors. Our experience with Alfredo was the best home buying experience we've had. Not only professional, Al was very innovative and considerate during the negotiating/buying process. He listened to us carefully and understood exactly what we needed and expected out of our home purchase. He was always available, regardless of the hour and went above and beyond what the typical Realtor job description would entail. The closing date was not the last of Al's help either. Since we moved in he has been very thoughtful and considerate in making sure we have what we need. We would recommend him to anyone. Bob Stevenson
BEWARE SINGLE MOTHERS ESPECIALLY!
I just stumbled across this site and my old real estate partner's reviews. All I can say is WOW! Well, that and I am sorry to everyone out there he has caused harm to. Everyone that is except "Susan" who is obviously Alfredo writing that himself. Just look at all the syntax errors that cannot be corrected by spellcheck. I know Seanne Boe's transaction personally, because I am the Agent she mentioned that retrieved her earnest money (that was rightfully hers, btw) I "know of" Chondra's transaction and can still view her failed sale with him in the MLS. Funny thing is that at the same time she was complaining to that Broker about not turning in "REQUIRED PAPERWORK" Alfredo Consemiu did the same thing to me with the same Broker. It was a determining factor in he and his family committing mortgage fraud and stealing my house along with almost every cent of my liquid assets. I was a single mother of 3 children. One with special needs. They took me for $450,000. BE CAREFUL!
Professional and Nice
Susan, My experience with Alfredo was incredible. Being a single mom it was important that I found a Agent I could trust. I met Al at a open house that he was doing. He was able to sell my home for more than all the other Realtors I talked to. And help me buy a home for $40,000.00 under asking price. He answered all my questions and was accessible at all times. Dishonest
I don't know why I didn't write this review two years ago. Working with Alfredo was the worst experience I have ever been through, he's completely dishonest. I was both selling and buying through him in spring of 2007. The deal fell through and Alfredo went MIA on me for 48 hours. I had to go to his broker (in tears) at JohnLScott to get my earnest money back. I then found out via the broker that Alfredo didn't not even file the original purchase and sell agreement with the home office, which is a huge violation. JohnLScott took care of getting my money back and I found out through a friend that Alfredo no longer worked for that office.
DISHONEST AGENT!
This man was someone I knew from highschool and I 'thought' he was trustworthy because he also knew my sister. He consistently lied to me during our transaction, told me FHA financing was available on the condo he PUSHED me towards as the only thing I could afford, then told me that FHA financing was NOT available but if I didn't take the ****py loan he was trying to get me to take that I would lose ALL OF MY EARNEST MONEY! Luckily, I got in touch with his partner at the time (I've heard she has dissolved any ties with him because of this type of unethical behavior) Meg Owens and she immediately got involved, rescinded my contract, had my earnest money returned to me within 24 hours without arbitration (Alfredo Consemiu said that couldn't be done)and apologized profusely for Alfredo Consemiu's behavior. Meg Owens was terrific and I would use her again in a minute! Alfredo Consemiu only wants your money and he'll lie, cheat & steal to keep it!
