Terrific experience all round
Kristen was fantastic, I love the fact that she has lived in the area her whole life and knows the region really well. She was very patient and never gave up, we built up a good rapport and therefore she knew which houses would suit us.The house we bought come back on the market after a pending sale and Kristen instantly took me to the house and we made an offer straight away, if Kristen wasnt so switched on and acted so quickly we may have missed out. She was also very good helping with the contracts and banks and organising a quick settlement as we are not only new to the area but also to the country.....Thanks Kristen we love our new home

I was buying my condo at that time and was completely unknown of the process. I was even a bit scared. However, Kristen not just chose the best place (I'm living now), but also suggested a good mortgage agent and made the process very easy and seamless for me. Terrific Experience
Kristen worked with us through two contracts and was excellent in both of the contracts. When the first contract frell apart due to the seller and the seller's actions, she immediately went back to work and found a better listing that suited us perfectly. She has been diligent and timely in this process. Her integrity was a critical part of our trust. We closed on our house and we are relly pleased with the process.
