Knowledgeable, Professional and Accessible

Rich and Brandy were knowledgeable, professional, and accessible and made our selling and buying experiences enjoyable. They did a great job of listening to what we were hoping to achieve and then developing a game plan to suit our needs. With their market knowledge they were able to price our home to sell in a buyers market while still exceeding our expectation of the home's value. Since our home sold much faster than we were expecting we were eager to find the right place to put an offer on. Rich worked around our schedules and over the course of one month showed us more homes than we could keep track of. After each tour he was able to offer insight on whether the home was over- or under-priced, how long he expected it to remain on the market, and an estimate of the cost to make any repairs to the home. He also was great at reading our impressions of homes and offering positive perspective after we were priced out of a home that we were excited about. In the end we found our perfect home and have been so happy making it our own. We plan on being here a while but when the time comes to move again Rich and Brandy will be the first people we call.

Our home was sold quickly - they were very helpful

Rich and Brandy were the agents that helped me sell my home last year. They were very up front with me about how to get the house sold and helped me with things that I didn't expect them to. Rich walked me through the offers so that we could make a good decision and my husband and I were very pleased with them all around. I have recommended them to other people a number of times and would do so again.

It's a challenging time for homeowners who are finding themselves underwater due to job or health changes and other situations that life can throw at us. Helping to assist clients out of a rough housing situation can really get them going in a new, more manageable direction.
