The Klickitat Valley, and in particular Goldendale, is fast becoming a retirement destination area for babyboomers. With our vast recreational activities to enjoy, dry climate, abundance of sunshine, great hospital, and low, low property prices, you just can't beat Goldendale!!

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I love helping people obtain their dreams with respect to the perfect piece of real estate for them!

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Lending..it's very challenging right now. Buyers and Sellers have to be extrodinarily patient, which can be a real challenge.

Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
I just sold a 20 ac parcel to some clients who lived in NY. It was a parcel that wasn't currently on the MLS, but I had remembered that it was for sale and felt that the owners likely would still it if an offer came in. My clients were so grateful as it was their dream property that they are going to retire on. I got the deal done on time and under budget. They were very thankful.

What is your best characteristic?
Hard-working.

Who or what inspires you the most?
My husband inspires me the most. He is bright, savvy, hard-working, and honest. He runs his own highly successful business that he started on his own over 20 years ago and is the most successful in his industry to date.

What is the best advice you ever received?
From my grandfather...'whatever it is that you decide to do, be the best at it that you can be."

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I'd still live right here in beautiful Goldendale and steelhead on the Klickitat with my husband as much I possibly could!
