Kim represented a client when my house was on the market and did everything she could to get a good price, a bit too good for my liking at the time, but we needed to sell and she made it happen. Very professional and at the time I wish she was my agent. I am listing another property and she was my first call.

I was saddened to find that Tim lied to me and my family when we tried to use his services to buy a home. We ended up going with a different agent after realizing his stories kept changing. The amount of stress that myself, my wife, and my children have endured at the hands of this agent, who apparently has no conscious, is almost unbearable. He shouldn't be allowed to practice as a realtor given his total lack of ethics.

I could have never asked for a better agent to sell my home. Jerrie sold my home in 11 days -even with the market as it was. Her hard work and great advise made it seem like childs play when dealing with her. She worked hard to host a great brokers open house and then the next an open house & sealed the deal on a buyer for me. Even when I was too busy to stop to breath with my own issues at work, she saw to it that all details were taken care of to make the sale a breeze. She was very professional and has the most gracious manner which will charm any buyer and if you are looking to buy I know she would put forth the same energy and attention to detail to ensure you are comfortable when making that big decission of your life time. Jerrie take the worries out of selling your house, or buying that home of your dreams. She has many years of experience in the business. I can honestly say, she's made me a friend for life & one agent I will trust to refer to my family & friends.

Timothy McQuery is completely untrustworthy. He will put his own clients in dishonest situations due to his LIES. All this guy cares about is his own commission and nothing else. He is currently being reported to the National Association of REALTORS®, the Better Business Bureau, and the Attorney General for unethical practices.

It's no wonder this agent is no longer with Windermere. I am a buyer in a current transaction with Tim McQuery (of John L Scott), who represents the seller. The official closing date of our transaction occurred over 10 days ago. Since then, in my generous attempt to give the seller time to move - at Tim's insistence- it has been discovered that the sellers breached the contract in three distinct areas. Meanwhile, Tim has only attempted to argue his way out of the blatant breaches of contract, making NO attempt whatsoever to right what was offended in writing, amidst other unethical practices, which are too numerous and descript to characterize in this window. TIM MCQUERY IS A LIAR AND A FRAUD -- DO NOT TRUST HIM, AS A SELLER, A BUYER, OR A FELLOW AGENT!

Ronda was wonderful she guided me through the complete process from begining to end pain free. I was a first time buyer and was not sure haw it all worked and I was a little afraid I must admit. But her knowledge about all the codes and wet lands and all the other things were very helpful I do know some of the lingo now but I'm not sure what they mean. All I know is that I paid a fair price and have a beautiful home. Thanks
